These terms cover the agtag.co.uk website, the AgTag app, and the rugged tags we sell. They’re a contract between you and AgTag. We’ve tried to write them in plain English — where the legalese matters, we’ve flagged it.
You can browse the site, fill in the contact form, print your own QR codes, and use the app for managing your farm operations. Don’t attempt to abuse the system, scrape it, reverse-engineer it, or probe it for security holes. If you find a security issue, please email us — we’ll thank you.
Orders are taken via Stripe Checkout. UK shipping is £4.99 standardunless you’re a Premium member, in which case it’s free. Onboarding is a one-off £99 charge that gets you set up. Tags are £9.99 each. We aim to ship within 5 working days.
If something arrives damaged or unusable, email us within 14 days and we’ll replace it. UK consumer law applies — your statutory rights are not affected.
AgTag is a tool. It helps you keep records. It is not a substitute for veterinary advice, legal compliance obligations, or your professional judgement.We don’t accept liability for losses arising from incorrect data, missed syncs, or decisions made off the back of records you keep in AgTag. Keep your own backups for anything legally significant (cattle passports, medicine logs).
You can stop using AgTag any time, and we’ll delete your data on request (see Privacy). We can suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice unless the violation is severe enough to warrant immediate action.
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
